研究領域
長期從事低維半導體物理理論研究,研究內容包括低維電子系統中的極化子、準二維電子系統的迴旋共振及磁場調製平面超晶格,並在國際專業物理期刊發表論文40餘篇,被他人引用500餘次。
從事半導體自旋電子學基礎物理研究,主要研究低維半導體量子結構中的自旋及電荷的光學和輸運性質
